SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

All items purchased from Mila∞Miro are handmade, made to order (made specifically for each customer) and in some cases custom made. Production time is approx. 3-5 business days, depending on our tailors' workload.

Since the items are made to order, we can only accept returns and exchanges if the product is defective. Please contact us for more information.

Products will normally be shipped from Mila∞Miro Atelier in Turkey (at times from Mila∞Miro Studio in Sweden).

Shipping expenses for retail purchases are covered by Mila∞Miro unless otherwise agreed before purchasing (kindly note: we do not cover your country's import duties). For wholesale orders B2B it may be different.

Mila∞Miro uses the most reliable international couriers such as DHL, UPS and FedEx to ship the packages. Tracking number will be shared with you as soon as provided by courier. Delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Mila∞Miro is not responsible for any delays or lost products during shipping after leaving Turkish or Swedish customs boarder. 

Kindly be aware of that customs duties may apply depending on destination, eg. within the EU or UK. Mila∞Miro is not responsible for your country’s import duties.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will share with you the tracking number when order is shipped. Customer is responsible for providing a correct address, to keep track of the package, and to schedule suitable delivery with courier.

Would you wish to be more precise with the delivery, kindly leave your phone number when placing the order.

Check your spam folder in case you have not received email regarding your shipment, or get in touch with us.

If shipping company is not able to reach you upon delivery and their shelf-time runs out (usually after 2-3 weeks), your package will either be returned to us or disposed of. If returned, our company will be charged both with return shipping costs and customs duties. Thereby we won't be able to issue a refund or make an exchange.
