RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items purchased from Mila∞Miro are handmade, made to order (made specifically for each customer) and in some cases custom made. Production time is approx. 3-5 business days, depending on our tailors' workload.
Since the items are made to order, we can only accept returns and exchanges if the product is defective. In this case, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or a proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, please contact us through the Contact Form and we will provide you with return address. Do not return to the shipping address in Turkey as high customs charges may apply.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the costumer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong piece, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or a proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs including return customs charges.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
